Support request messages (200-character limit, 60-day retention after resolution)
Submitting a request through in-app Contact Support
Upon deletion:
All personal data, game history, and purchase records are permanently removed
Friends lists and social connections are cleared
Some anonymized, aggregated statistical data may be retained
Deletion is processed within 30 days
